Mr. Lam is the Chairman of the Group. He is responsible for the implementation of the Group's overall strategic planning and direction and steering of the overall development of the Group.

Mr. Lam is the founder of the Group. He has extensive experience in the securities, options, fund management and financial advisory industry. He has been a member of the Hong Kong Securities Institute.


He is also the Chairman and Managing Director of Asia Tele-Net and Technology Corporation Limited, a public listed company in the Hong Kong Stock Exchange. In addition, he is the Chairman of Intech Machines Company Limited which is a listed company in Taiwan stock market

Mr. Nam is the Deputy Chairman and Managing Director of the Group. He is responsible for overall strategic planning and operations and operation and in charge of the execution and further development of the Group's expansion plan.

He is a co-founder of the Group and is in charge of the stockbroking, futures and options broking, securities margin financing business, fund management and financial advisory business.


Mr. Nam has extensive experience in the securities, futures and options and securities margin financing industry, fund management and financial advisory industry. He has been a member of the Hong Kong Securities Institute. Mr. Nam is also as the Deputy Chairman and Exccutive Director of Asia Tele-Net and Technology Corporation Limited.

Mr. Ng is a professional accountant with over 20 years of professional experience and is a fellow member of the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants, member of CPA Australia, Hong Kong Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators in the United Kingdom. Mr. Ng is also an Independent Non-Executive Director of ATNT.

Mr. Chen is a director of several general trading companies in Hong Kong. Mr. Chen holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from the Boston Universityin Massachusetts, USA and is engaged in the chemical trading business.

Mr. Kwan holds a Bachelor degree in Engineering Science and a Master of Arts degree from the Unversity of Oxford and has over 17 years of experience in the consumer electronics field. Mr. Kwan is also an Independent Non-Executive Director of ATNT.
